Don’t Look...

At Center for Disease Control for data on HIV/AIDS;

At Department of Education for data on high school graduation rates in big cities and test scores;

At Department of Housing for data on foreclosures and negative equity homeowners in California, Nevada, and Florida;

At Federal Bureau of Investigation data on violent crime;

At Department of Agriculture for data on subsidies;

Or for data on the budgets and staffing at 15 federal executive (cabinet level) departments, 66 independent agencies and corporations, and 69 statutory boards, commissions, and committees.

Too much learning is a dangerous thing.
